PUSH is a user led organisation promoting independence, self-direction and employment opportunities for people with a learning disability
PUSH provides a number of opportunities for people with a learning disability to socialise and be creative, including through:
Weekly opportunities
Monday | Let's Go - A social based group that uses the resources of the local community to provide support, activities and information to members. |

Wednesday evening | Creative Group - Explore your artistic side and work with others or just on your own alongside others. |
Friday morning | G.O.L.D - Designed to meet the needs of those growing older with a learning disability covering topics such as family and friends, health and happiness and more. |
Drop-in | They also provide an information and enquiry service and have a drop-in area which is open daily. Please see contact details for further information. |
Learning opportunities
Media Group | Write and publish the newsletter as well as maintain the PUSH website and Facebook page. |

Volunteering | You can volunteer for a day and if you enjoy it then you can come back. If you are interested in volunteering, use the contact details below and ask for Stephen. |
Managing Your Money | Learning about the value of money, how to budget and the benefit of banks etc. |
Moving On | Learning about elements relevant for independent living. |
Community opportunities
Person Centred Planning | MAPS and PATHS to help gain direction in any capacity. |
