3.    Non-Council Membership of the Lifelong Learning Committee

The Committee is asked to:
(i)    Note the decision taken at the Full Council meeting on 19 December 2012 that the current non-council members of the committee be re-appointed from 1 January 2013;
(ii)   Note the appointment of Mrs Margaret McFarlane to the committee as representative of the Roman Catholic Church; and
(iii)  Instruct the Head of Democratic Services to hold elections for the positions of teacher representatives and parent representatives on the committee as soon as practically possible.
