7. An urgent item of business arose in April 2016, in relation to the notice served by the current licensee at MacRosty Pavilion to terminate their lease to run the café at the Pavilion. Due to the timing of the     Common Good Fund Committee dates and the urgency of finding a suitable tenant in time for the summer months, members of the Crieff Common Good Fund Committee were contacted and agreed to the proposal to go out to tender as soon as possible to get a new licensee for the café, with the intention of the new incumbent being in place in time for the summer months.
