Subject: Local House Condition Survey

Purpose
This briefing note is to inform you about the third phase of the Local House Condition Survey that will be carried out in May and June 2023.
Briefing Information
Perth & Kinross Council is carrying out a Local House Condition Survey throughout the area, over three phases in total. Perth, Aberfeldy and Rannoch will be surveyed with Perth surveyed in the first two phases and Aberfeldy/Rannoch/Kenmore areas in the third.
We issued you with a briefing note in November about the first phase of the Survey, followed by a second in February notifying you of the second phase.
We are now about to begin the third phase, which will take place from May to June 2023 in the Aberfeldy/Rannoch/Kenmore areas.
We have commissioned a specialist company called David Adamson and Partners to undertake the survey on a random sample of 600 private homes, a third of which in Rannoch.
