Purpose

This briefing and the accompanying Q&A information sheet will inform you about the Local House Condition Survey that is to begin in December 2022.

Briefing Information

Perth & Kinross Council is carrying out a Local House Condition Survey throughout the area.

We have commissioned a specialist company called David Adamson and Partners to undertake the survey on a random sample of 600 private homes.
