Purpose
This Briefing Note is being issued in response to a question raised during Finance and Resources Committee on 15 June 2022. This specifically relates to Report Number 22/123 and within this report, Section 4.18.
Briefing information
This question raised at Committee was in relation to the level of write off for Garage Sites and Lockups in comparison to the total rent charge raised for the financial year.
The total rental charge raised between the 1 March 2021 and 27 February 2022 was £443,098 with the proposed write off representing 0.67% of this.
