Purpose
This briefing provides information about an issue which has caused the closure of Blairgowrie Recreation Centre.
Briefing Information
Property Services received a call this afternoon from Live Active Leisure relating to an issue with no running water at Blairgowrie Recreation Centre. This resulted in the facility having to close to members of the pubic this afternoon.
Our Maintenance Team responded immediately to investigate the issue on site and found that there is a restricted flow of water entering the building.
Further investigation works will continue early tomorrow morning, and an emergency meeting has been arranged with Property Services Maintenance and Engineering teams to identify the root cause of the issue and put a permanent solution in place to prevent reoccurrence.
