This briefing provides information about a change to staffing arrangements at the Street Lighting Partnership.
Briefing Information
Lisa Chiles, who has been the Street Lighting Partnership Manager for the last 11 years, embarked on a new challenge with Transport Scotland as of this week.
We are grateful for Lisa's significant contribution in leading the street lighting service.
After a thorough and rigorous selection process the Street Lighting Partnership Board has appointed David Robertson as the new Street Lighting Partnership Manager. David will officially start his new role on 1 December 2025.
David joins us from the Dundee Road Maintenance Partnership, bringing with him a wealth of experience from both the public and private sectors. He has successfully delivered a variety of service functions and projects, demonstrating his expertise across multiple specialisms.
The remit of the Street Lighting Partnership remains unchanged, and David will continue the established work with the teams at Perth and Kinross Council, Dundee City Council, Angus Council and Tayside Contracts to provide high-quality, cost-efficient service delivery in maintaining and improving the street lighting assets throughout the region.
