Purpose

This briefing will make you aware of some staffing changes to our Housing Locality Team Co-ordinators, which will allow you to contact the correct member of staff if you have a locality housing enquiry.

There have recently been some changes made to our Housing Locality Co-ordinator and Team Leader posts.

Locality Co-ordinators

Our Locality Housing Co-ordinators are:

South Locality

Gillian Walker is the new South Locality Co-ordinator

Areas covered by the South Locality are Aberuthven, Almondbank, Auchterarder, Aberargie, Abernethy, Blackford, Braco, Blairingone, Bridge of Earn, Dunning, Chapelhill, Comrie, Crieff, Cleish, Crook of Devon, Forgandenny, Glenfarg Gilmerton, Kinnesswood, Kinross, Madderty, Methven, Muthill, Pitcairngreen, Milnathort, Powmill, Scotlandwell.

North Locality

Gordon Hunter is the new North Locality Co-ordinator.

Areas covered by this locality are Alyth, Aberfeldy, Acharn, Blairgowrie, Bankfoot, Balbeggie, Burrelton, Ballinluig, Birnam, Blair Atholl, Carsie, Caputh, Coupar Angus, Collace, Dull, Dunkeld, Fearnan, Forneth, Grandtully, Guildtown, Glenlyon, Kenmore, Killiecrankie, Kirkmichael, Kinrossie, Kinloch Rannoch, Luncarty, Murthly, Meigle, Meikleour, New Alyth, Rattray, Pitlochry, Saucher, Spittalfield, Stanley, Weem, Wolfhill,

Perth City Locality

Carrie Clark has moved to become the new Perth City Locality Co-ordinator.

Areas covered by the Perth City locality are Bridgend, City Centre, Craigie, Errol, Friarton, Glencarse, Inchture, Invergowrie, Leetown, Longforgan, Moncreiffe, Muirton, North Muirton, Scone, Rae Place, Stanley Crescent, Florence Place, Balhousie Street, Dunkeld Road.

Letham and Hillyland Locality

Sharon Kerr is the Co-ordinator for Letham.

Areas covered are Letham, Hillyland, Double Dykes and Fairfield.

Housing Team Leaders

Our Housing Team Leaders are:

• Nicola Muirhead - Team Leader (North & South)
• Andrea McCallum - Team Leader (City)
• Mark Weir - Team Leader (Letham)

Please also note that the 'buddy team' arrangement has also changed, so it is now:

• South/Letham
• North/City
